This second story 1 bedroom/1 bath is on the eastern shore of Lake Dillon and not far from Keystone and A-Basin. Fabulous lake and mountain views! 3 night minimum stay required during off-peak rate periods, 4 night minimum stay during holidays and peak winter rate periods.

The underground carport makes loading and unloading easy in the winter.  Enjoy access to the bike and hiking path just outside your front door.  This spacious, one bedroom one bath condo has a king sized bed in the bedroom and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. It includes a full kitchen, fireplace, TV, DVD & FREE wi-fi in condo. The on-site hot tub is situated on the lakeside of the building so you can enjoy the beautiful views of Lake Dillon and the surrounding mountains! Coin-op laundry facilities are on-site.  Catch the FREE Summit Stage bus within a short walking distance and go to Keystone, Copper Mountain, Breckenridge or A-Basin.  Within minutes you can be at the Factory Stores, supermarket and great Summit County dining and entertainment venues. RESTRICTIONS:
The minimum age limit to rent is 25. Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. This is a nonsmoking residence: Absolutely no smoking is allowed at this property and there will be a minimum charge of $250 against the renter’s credit card for remediation if there is any evidence of smoking in the house. We love animals, but due to homeowner association deed restrictions, animals are not allowed by renters nor their guests. The layout of the home makes it difficult for those with mobility impairments, as the entrance to the condo is on the second floor.

Please note: immediately following all online bookings, we will verify contact information and the renter's agreement to follow house rules and restrictions prior to our issuance of a final confirmation. The verification will be in the form of a telephone call or email. We reserve the right to cancel during this process, especially if the renter does not respond to our direct contact.

The full capacity assumes 2 people in the master bedroom and 2 on the sofa sleeper.

Great view.
The condo was very well equipped for our extended stay.
The only thing missing is some shade for the balcony. The sun gets very hot in the afternoon.

defiantly would stay again but if you want to rent any water toys from marina better do it in advance we went to get a stand-up board and they didn’t have any both days we were there... But a lot better than a hotel.

This is a nice, comfortable condo and very convenient to ski areas. Although it has only one bath, it has an additional vanity area with a mirror and sink in the bedroom, which makes it very convenient when more than one person is trying to get ready. The kitchen is functional and the fireplace works well. It has beautiful views of lake and mountain from the living room and deck. Twin Seasons - which manages the property - is very attentive to any issues that may occur during your stay. I have stayed in other Twin Seasons properties and highly recommend any property they manage.

We stayed at this East Bay condo over the July 4th holiday. So happy we picked this place. Watched the fireworks from the balcony. Very well stocked and very clean. Would definitely rent again.

We stayed in this condo in late December. There were no problems with check in/out, the instructions for these were clear. The description of the condo on the website is pretty accurate. Property is clean and well-maintained. It is not a luxury condo, but it has everything you need for a vacation. One minor thing: wifi internet is very slow (ok to check your email). Overall, this is a great condo for the price! The view from the balcony is amazing! I'd recommend it.

Simple but clean

We liked the place overall. It is a bit dated, you can tell it was built in the 70s or 80s but it was clean, warm and had a great view. Water pressure was amazing in the condo! The hot tub was "broken" the whole time we were there, it seemed to be working enough to keep the water hot but still closed without explanation or prior notice. We were there over the new year but there were several non-holidays mixed in where they could have fixed it but we never saw any maintenance personnel. All and all the condo itself is great but the building could use some updating.

We regret that the outdoor hot tub was not working during your stay. We manage the rental condo for the owner but not the building nor the hot tub. This is the first time the hot tub has been out of order in over two years and this issue was not brought to our attention for a while. Within minutes of hearing about the hot tub, we called the buildings management. It was explained to us that a pump had failed. The part was not available locally and had to be ordered. The replacements arrival was delayed by the holiday and then the replacement was bad and it had to be re-ordered. On the second try, a good pump arrived and was installed the same day. During this period, maintenance tried to keep the tub running because of all of the holiday guests. They kept it heated to prevent it from freezing, but they could not run the filtration. Ultimately they had no choice but to close it for health and safety reasons until they had the right parts. We agree
