Policies
RESERVATIONS/DEPOSIT
- Reservations are accepted by phone or online, and are
guaranteed with a credit card (Visa, MC, Disc) or guest may charge cost
to the credit card.
- Half of the cost of your stay is due at time of booking.
- If reservation is canceled prior to TSV receiving your
deposit, there is a $60.00 cancellation fee that is charged to the credit
card which is being held.
- Confirmation and condo bedding arrangement is sent
after receipt of initial deposit.
- NO PETS ARE ALLOWED IN ANY OF OUR UNITS DUE
TO CONDOMINIUM REGULATIONS AND HOMEOWNER PREFERENCES.
- Final balance is due 30 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL DATE.
Upon receipt, all check-in info is sent to you.
PAYMENT POLICY
- VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, Traveler's
or Cashier's Checks, Money Orders or Cash.
- Personal checks accepted only on deposits received
30 days or more prior to arrival.
- Initial and or final payments may be charged to your
credit card over the phone. Reservations made inside 30 days prior to
arrival MUST pay in full by credit card.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- $60.00 cancellation fee on cancellations that occur
more than 60 days prior to arrival date or if reservation is canceled
prior to TSV's receipt of initial deposit.
- Cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost of your
stay if reservation is canceled 60 days or less prior to arrival date.
- Cancellations 30 days or less prior to arrival or
no-shows: full cost of stay is NONREFUNDABLE.
